1. Products · 商品

All items are natural jadeite/stone and one-of-a-kind; natural variations in colour, pattern and size are expected and not defects.

所有商品为天然翡翠/玉器，每件为孤品，颜色、纹理、尺寸存在自然差异，以实物为准。

Photos reflect the real colour as closely as possible; differences caused by lighting or screens are normal and not a quality issue.

商品照片尽量还原真实颜色，受显示器与直播灯光差异影响存在色差，色差不构成质量问题。

Sizes are hand-measured; a ±1–2 mm variance is normal.

标注尺寸为手工测量，可能有 ±1–2mm 误差。

2. Pricing & Payment · 价格与支付

Payment is processed by PayPal; we never store your card details · 支持 PayPal 付款，我们不直接保存银行卡信息
Online payment confirms your order and activates your benefits; physical delivery is arranged offline — see the Shipping & Delivery policy · 线上付款对应虚拟商品交付（订单与权益即时生效），实物由线下统一安排发货（见《运费与发货说明》）

3. Membership · 会员

Price: $10 / month, manual renewal (no auto-charging) · 价格 $10/月，手动续费，不自动扣款
Membership must be purchased on yulinpavilion.com; purchases made offline via livestreams or private messages do not count · 会员资格须在本站购买，直播间/私信等线下成交不算
Renewal extends 30 days from the current expiry date — you never lose days · 续费自当前到期日顺延 30 天，不浪费天数
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid (virtual service) · 会员费一经支付不予退款
Benefits: double check-in points, 3 free makeup check-ins/month, double regular points on orders, 3 free shipments per month, dedicated advisor · 权益：签到积分双倍、每月 3 次免费补签、消费积分双倍、每月 3 次免运费、专属客服
Free-shipping credits apply only to orders placed and paid on this site, are opt-in at checkout, do not stack with the order-threshold free shipping, and expire monthly · 免费运费仅限本站下单并完成支付的订单，结账时自主勾选，不与满额免运费叠加，当月有效不累积
Benefits may be adjusted as shown on the membership page · 权益如调整，以会员页公示为准

4. Points & Gift Credit · 积分与赠金

Regular points: earned from check-ins/events, expire in 30 days; redeem for small pieces or custom beads · 低级积分：签到/活动获得，30 天过期，可换小精品/定制加珠子
Premium points: earned from purchases, expire in 60 days; redeem for free shipping, 7-day hold, search-fee waiver, processing credit · 高级积分：消费获得，60 天过期，可换免运费/留货/免找寻费/抵加工费
Gift credit: cashback from purchases, can offset orders, balance capped at $500, no per-order ratio limit · 赠金：消费返利，可抵扣订单，余额上限 $500，不设单笔抵扣比例上限
Expired points lapse automatically — no refund, no cash-out · 到期未使用的积分自动失效，不补发、不折现
Multi-account farming and abuse lead to account and balance freeze · 严禁多账号刷积分/刷赠金，发现后我们有权冻结账户与资产

5. Refunds · 退款

Submit a request from My Account → Orders → Request a refund, with the reason · 在「我的账户 → 订单详情 → Request a refund」提交申请并说明原因
Your dedicated advisor will contact you to confirm · 专属客服会与你沟通确认
Approved refunds return via PayPal, usually within 1–3 business days · 管理员批准后通过 PayPal 原路退回，通常 1–3 个工作日到账
Non-refundable cases: delivered physical items, membership fees, consumed points/credits, custom work already started · 以下情形可能不支持退款：已发货/已交付实物、会员费、已使用积分与赠金、定制已开工订单
Refunds apply only to purchases made on yulinpavilion.com; offline deals follow their own agreement · 退款仅适用于本站购买的商品，线下成交按线下约定
Where a refund is granted, a 20% service fee of the product total is deducted (i.e., 80% refunded); shipping and taxes are non-refundable · 符合退款条件时扣除商品总价 20% 作为服务费（退还 80%），运费税费不退
Returns require the item and its original tag intact; removed tags are not accepted · 退换货须商品与原始吊牌完好，吊牌已剪除者不接受退换

6. Custom Orders · 定制与找货

Custom orders require a 50% deposit; the balance is due after photo confirmation and before shipping · 定制需先付 50% 定金，做好发图确认，付清尾款再发货
A search fee may apply for sourcing (premium points can offset it) · 找货服务可能收取找寻费，可用高级积分抵扣
Resizing or customizing costs $20–$50; modified items are non-returnable · 改圈、改款收取 $20–$50 加工费，改动过的商品不可退换
Made-to-order items are not refundable for change of mind · 定制件不接受无理由退款

7. Accounts · 账户与安全

Provide a valid email and contact method · 需提供真实有效的邮箱与联系方式
The account is personal; losses from your own negligence are yours · 账户仅限本人使用，因保管不当造成的损失由你承担
We may restrict accounts suspected of fraud, malicious ordering or points abuse · 有权对涉嫌欺诈、恶意下单、滥用积分的账户采取限制措施

8. Intellectual Property · 知识产权

All text, images, videos and designs belong to Qichongtian Co., Ltd. Commercial reuse without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability · 责任限制

We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party payment failures or logistics delays beyond our control; our liability is capped at the order amount.

我们不对因不可抗力、第三方支付故障、物流延误等非我们可控原因造成的损失承担责任；赔偿责任以该笔订单金额为上限。

10. Governing Law & Disputes · 适用法律与争议

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China · 本条款适用中华人民共和国法律
Disputes are first resolved amicably; otherwise submitted to the competent court at the Company’s domicile · 争议优先友好协商，协商不成提交柒重天有限公司住所地有管辖权的人民法院解决
Mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under your local law remain unaffected · 不影响你所在地法律中不得通过合同排除的强制性消费者保护条款的适用
