- Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address and charged with the order.
- Rates apply per order; combining multiple same-address orders is confirmed with your advisor.
- Remote-area classification follows the carrier’s zones and is confirmed by your advisor before dispatch.

2. Member & points free shipping · 会员与积分的免运费
- Members: 3 free shipments per month, used by opting in at checkout; unused credits do not roll over.
- Only for on-site orders: the order must be placed and paid on yulinpavilion.com; offline deals via livestreams or private messages do not qualify.
- Premium points: 20 points redeem one free shipment.
- No stacking: once the order meets the free-shipping threshold, shipping is already $0 and no credits are consumed.
- Gift credit and points apply to products only, not to shipping.

- Same-day orders can be combined for shipping, with a holding period up to 72 hours.
- No changes, exchanges or reductions after payment; adjust with your advisor before paying.

5. Packaging & insurance · 包装与保险
All items are packed with shockproof materials and fully insured. Jadeite items include an authoritative grading certificate.

6. Receiving & inspection · 收货与验货
- Record a complete unboxing video on receipt.
- Report damage, missing or wrong items within 24 hours with photos/video (support is 24/7).
- Returns require the item and its original tag intact; removed tags are not accepted.
收到包裹请当场开箱并完整录像（建议一镜到底）。
如出现破损、少件、错发，请在 24 小时内带照片/视频联系客服（客服 24/7 在线）。
退换货需商品与原始吊牌完好，吊牌已剪除的不予退换。
7. Customs & duties · 关税与进口税
- All parcels are declared truthfully per customs regulations.
- Import duties, inspection fees and other charges at destination are the buyer’s responsibility.
所有包裹按海关法规如实申报。
目的地国家产生的关税、查验费及其他费用由买家承担。
8. Delays · 延误说明
Delays caused by remote delivery, customs inspection or holidays are normal; contact your advisor if it goes beyond the usual window.
